1. Confidentiality Agreement. Downloaded this Non Disclosure Agreement form to protect your inventions or new product designs. Once you have completed all information please sign and return it to us. We will counter sign and fax you a copy.

2 . Submit your materials. We prefer to have a prototype of your item for review, but can work from almost any materials. All shipping costs for sending and returning prototypes, or other materials we review, will be borne by the inventor. For more information, click Materials for Review .

3. Our feedback. Depending on the potential we see for your product we may then propose to manufacture and sell your product, or we may offer other solutions for working together. Expect to hear from us within 5-15 working days after receipt of your materials.

• Does the invention serve society in a meaningful way ?
• Does the invention meet with broad appeal, or does it have a tremendous opportunity for profitability ?
• Does the inventor have adequate discretionary financial reserves to pay for the cost of p atenting , product development, and other such costs ? This question is moot if your project is considered for commission only.
